WebI was hoping someone had a solution, but I think the short answer is that there isn't. Because Tinkercad is mesh driven, it can't add fillets or chamfers to an edge after the shape is generated. Tinkercad is great for basic shapes or fast and dirty prototyping, but for serious CAD work, you should consider something more powerful like Fusion360.
