The MFG state is obtained by integrating out the bath degrees of freedom for the Gibbs state of the total Hamiltonian.

[7], here we calculate the quasienergies for the time-dependent Floquet basis vectors of a sinusoidally driven two-level system [8] with Hamiltonian (1) H = Δ 2 σ z + E 2 cos ( ω t) σ x, where Δ is the qubit energy splitting and ω is the driving frequency, for different values of the driving amplitude E. WebThe results show pronounced non-Markovian effects and long-lasting coherences in the ultrafast EET, in excellent agreement with calculations using the hierarchy equation of motion approach. In summary, we have successfully developed a simple yet powerful framework for coherent EET dynamics in photosynthetic systems and organic materials.
