It costs over £30,000 to run the branch which they cannot do without funding and donations. Since 2024, the Chiltern Samaritans have hosted a cycling sportive in the Chiltern hills, with all proceeds going to their vital work. WebThe Samaritans are passionate about the support they give to our community aiming to keep their doors open 12 hours a day to visitors, and keeping telephones manned for 24 hours a day, every day of the year.. They can’t do it without the support of fund raising events such as our sportive.
