WebMechagnome requires completion of the mechagon storyline and then a dungeon run. Zandalari Trolls and Kul Tirans will take you the longest to unlock. You had to do dungeons for Kul Tirans as well. Not sure if that requirement is still in place but if it is then that would make them the hardest to unlock.
